Próteses, órteses e aparelhos ortodônticos: 17% dos pacientes com diagnóstico

OBS: A liberação desses benefícios está condicionada a critérios definidos pelos profissionais de cada área: médico, nutricionista, dentista, fisioterapeutas e assistente social.
